Investors in People Award

The Investors in People Standard is an external business improvement tool designed to advance an organisation's performance through its people.  It is central to helping employees become customer focused, enabling organisations to effectively meet customer needs.

With 53 fulltime employees Outlook has grown rapidly since it first went forward for the standard in 2003. We have now held the award for 9 years and Outlook is particularly proud of this achievement as we were the first expedition company to be accredited with achieving this standard. With an ethos of personal development behind all of its products, Outlook is pleased to be recognised for the emphasis the company also puts on the development of its own staff.
