Outlook’s programmes centre around the proven personal development benefits of expedition experiences and outdoor learning – focusing especially on health and well being, risk management, safe travel and delivering enjoyable experiences which have lasting value.

All of our programmes are centred on teaching the principles of leadership, teamwork, communication, problem solving, planning and organisation. Outlook’s programmes also help deliver on objectives laid out for education by the British Government and the Scottish Executive.  On top of this Outlook firmly believes in the personal development of its staff and is accredited by the Investors in People Award.
