Outlook Expeditions is proud to be based in beautiful North Wales. Our head office is sandwiched between the mountains of the Snowdonia National Park and the Menai Straits.
We love being based here and believe it is incredibly important to both the business and the staff we employ. We are outdoor people first, not number crunchers and corporate suits! Our staff live and breathe the outdoors, they're passionate about expeditions. We attract and maintain the best staff because our base in North Wales allows them to continue to combine work with their personal hobbies; walking, climbing, mountain biking or surfing to name a few!
Outlook is proud to be the only youth expedition provider able to offer a range of services consistently in Welsh. As an international company we find that it is necessary to communicate with the majority of our multilingual customers in English. However we are committed to making every effort to support the Welsh language and provide the best possible service to customers who wish to communicate in Welsh.
We are currently reviewing our Welsh Language Policy but below is a brief outline of some of the services we offer in Welsh:
- Telephone enquiries can be dealt with in Welsh or English.
- Letters can be produced in Welsh or English.
- Presentations can be delivered in Welsh and English.
- On request, Outlook makes every effort to ensure that a Welsh speaking leader is recruited (where possible) to deliver programme
