Outlook Expeditions is based in The Outlook Development Centre in Deiniolen near Llanberis, right at the heart of Wales’ Snowdonia National Park at the foot of mount Snowdon itself.  Breathtaking scenery and famous mountaineering venues including the Glyders and Carneddau ranges, Tryfan and Cwm Idwal are just minutes away. The rugged cliffs of the Irish Sea, countless rivers and breathtaking wild countryside are all within easy reach.  With world-class outdoor venture opportunities all around we are ideally placed to deliver our adventure, training and activity packages.

Fel cwmni rhyngwladol mae’n ofynnol i ni gyfathrebu â’r mwyafrif o’n cwsmeriaid amlieithog yn Saesneg. Yr ydym yn gwmni cymharol fach, gydag adnoddau cyfyngedig. Serch hynny yr ydym wedi ymrwymo i wneud pob ymdrech i gefnogi’r iaith Gymraeg ac i ddarparu’r gwasanaeth gorau posibl i’r rhai hynny o’n cwsmeriaid sydd â’r Gymraeg yn iaith gyntaf iddynt.

Outlook is proud to be the only youth expedition provider to be able to offer the following services consistently in Welsh. As an international company we find that it is necessary to communicate with the majority of our multilingual customers in English. We are a relatively small company, with limited resources. However we are committed to making every effort to support the Welsh language and provide the best possible service to our Welsh first language customers.

In brief, Outlook’s bilingual policy is as follows:

1. Every telephone enquiry can be answered in Welsh or English.
2. All letters can be produced in Welsh or English.
3. Our Expedition Brochure is printed on recyclable material in English and an electronic version in Welsh is downloadable from www.camrecymru.com
4. All presentations can be delivered in Welsh and English.
5. On request, Outlook makes every effort to ensure that a Welsh speaking leader is recruited (where possible) to deliver programmes.
