Our Chief Executive, Matt Wells and Managing Director, Rhys Davies founded the company from scratch just over ten years ago. They are true entrepreneurs as well as being experts on all things relating to expeditions. Matt and Rhys have a wealth of business experience and are able to offer views and opinions on business, entrepreneurialism and issues facing small businesses.
