The Outlook Team
Outlook has attracted individuals with a wealth of experience from adventurers who have claimed first ascents, to military operational experts and pioneers who have set up sustainable community or conservational projects in developing countries. We’re an experienced bunch and every Outlook staff member is an individual with diverse interests. For some, the after work activity of choice is climbing, mountain biking for miles or jumping off cliffs into the sea. Others prefer surfing that perfect wave, paddling down a river or going for a more sedate walk in the hills. All of Outlook’s staff share a passion for the outdoors, learning, and exploration and have their own contribution to give to Outlook’s vision.

We've moved to shiny new offices right next to the Menai Straight in Bangor. If you fancy taking a peek at some pictures of our new home click here and here. We haven't abandoned the Outlook Development Centre though, the UK team are still there to welcome visitors to the centre and to oversee its transformation into a new and improved training centre.
