The Resource Team work silently in the background ensuring everything that the Sales team promise and the Planners request for the expeditions is delivered at the right time to the right place, in the right quantity and right quality.

All this is done in rain, wind, snow and sunshine (usually in one day) from the Outlook Development Centre (and occasionally the golf course!)
