We're pleased to announce that we're expanding. During the summer our Chief Executive, Matt Wells has been in talks with Climb/Trek/Ski Ltd. (trading as Jagged Globe). We are now in a position to confirm that talks between the two organisations have been extremely productive. An agreement has been reached that from this point onwards Outlook Expeditions will take on the provision of youth/school expeditions from Jagged Globe and the brand Adventureworks Ltd will cease to operate.
This is great news, as it means we'll be working with new schools from across the UK and Europe. We already have a unique partnership with the National Mountain Centre, Plas Y Brenin to offer our Link Teacher training and UK based Duke of Edinburgh activities. This new relationship with Jagged Globe will further strengthen our network.
This is the beginning of an exciting partnership, we plan to work closely with Jagged Globe to expand our range of unique expedition itineraries to include some very specialist, technical and remote expedition opportunities and destinations. Additionally Outlook and Jagged Globe will benefit from access to an expanded team of highly experienced expedition leaders, many of whom are world renowned in their field. This newly formed alliance will benefit customers and the combined expertise undoubtedly places Outlook at the forefront of the youth expeditions industry.
