Jordanian Minister of Education pays special visit to Outlook Expeditions team!

Outlook Expeditions are always planned with lots of care to make itineraries as brilliant and as exciting as possible for all school expeditions.  It's those little unexpected twists and turns however which make individual expeditions so special!

Over the last couple of weeks three teams from Caroline Chisholm School have been discovering the delights of Jordan.  Whilst they were there one of the team's parents, who works as an Air Steward met a member of the Jordanian Ministry aboard a flight.  He was so interested in hearing about the students out in Jordan he sent an email to Outlook to find out more about who we are and what our groups are doing in Jordan.

Richard (EPC Team Manager) sent a letter telling them all about Outlook Expeditions and Caroline Chisholm and they were so impressed the Minister of Education for Jordan upped sticks and went to pay them a visit!

In their superb blog, Caroline Chisholm describe meeting the minister and being presented with certificates as 'Truly, an inspirational experience for all involved'.

We love stories like this and we have loved following Caroline Chisholm's blog whilst they have been in country.  You can share there adventures and discover Jordan through the eyes of an Outlook school expedition here http://blogs.ccs.northants.sch.uk/jordan2011/

Enjoy - bet you want to go too once you've read it! (I do)
