Nine yards questionnaire - the result

In January a customer satisfaction questionnaire was sent to some of our 2009 and 2010 expedition Link Teachers. The questionnaire contained a whole host of questions about our expedition products and customer service. Thank you very much to those Link Teachers who took the time to complete it; we had a fantastic response and the results have proved interesting and will be extremely useful to us.

We fully intend to learn from the answers given to us. So, things that we are doing well we'll continue doing well and hopefully try to do even better; things that we're not doing quite so well we'll absolutely strive to improve.

Here are some quick stats that might interest you:

  • 93% of you agreed that we were professional
  • 89% of you agreed that we were high quality
  • 92% of you agreed that we were educational
  • 89% of you agreed that we had good environmental credentials
