Overseas Expeditions

In this section you will be able to find all the information you need to reassure yourself and support your child in deciding whether to take part in an expedition.

Outlook run two kinds of expedition.  We run expeditions with schools; where the groups are formed from students at a particular school and a teacher from the school acts as the main point of contact with Outlook. If your child has watched a presentation at school and you have either been to or been invited to an Information Evening then this is the opportunity your child is interested in.

We also run expeditions for individuals.  These are expeditions created by Outlook that individuals can choose to join either alone or with a friend, to form a team with other people of a similar age.  They are accompanied in exactly the same way on expedition by a qualified Outlook Leader and a responsible adult.  If your child is interested in going on an expedition but their school is not running expeditions then this is for them.  If there are a large number at the school wishing to take part please contact us and we can look into launching a school expedition.
