Why go on expedition? Fun, friends and adventure!

Going on expedition is a life-changing experience. Read about the personal development and educational bonuses in our benefits section.  Going on expedition teaches you a lot, but it is also great fun and a fantastic opportunity to spend time with your friends working towards a common goal. It will be an adventure you will never forget!

You can do it

You don’t need to be a superhero to go on expedition. Most of our expeditions require a moderate level of fitness.  You don’t need to have camped before or know one end of a rucksack from the other. Our training programmes will teach you everything you need to know to be able to go on expedition.

As for the fundraising – a big question on your mind will be 'am I going to be able to raise the money to go on expedition?' The question is – do you really, really want to go? If the answer is yes then in our experience any young person who puts their mind to it can raise the money to go.
