Rest & Relaxation (R&R)

As well as objectives such as Adventure or Project, every itinerary also has a period of R&R. This is the group's opportunity to kick back and relax at the end of the expedition, to celebrate and reflect upon their successes and to soak up a few final moments of fun before the journey home.

The R&R phase may include activities such as safari, white-water rafting, whale watching or relaxing on perfect beaches.

Outlook includes the cost of all R&R activities in the overall cost of the expedition; most providers do not.
