What is the role of our Expedition Leaders?

Our Expedition Leaders are put in place to facilitate the development of our teams and guide them along the way.  They actively encourage the teams they are working with to make their own decisions, whilst keeping a close eye on and maintaining the safety of the team at all times. 

Our Leaders are paramount to the success of our expeditions and are fully committed to delivering a quality and life changing experience.  They come from a variety of different backgrounds and are a diverse bunch, who share a common passion - a love of the outdoors combined with travel and ultimately being able to pass on their knowledge and skills to help young people grow in self-confidence, awareness and to develop those all important transferable life skills.
