Expedition Leader Pay

We understand that our Expedition Leaders do a first-class job and so provide them with an industry competitive pay package.  In doing so we recognise not only their technical ability, but also their previous experience and the challenge of the itinerary/destination they are about to embark upon.

Our preference is to account for the amount of time our leaders put into their expeditions and pay a date rate for the overseas phase.  We also provide a competitive rate of pay and expenses package for the work a leader will do in the UK with their team prior to the expedition phase.
