Perhaps our best sales people are also leaders and once they have led an expedition for us we like to involve them more within the Outlook family.  In doing so we offer our leaders the opportunity to become involved with our regional assembly presentations and development day sessions, as we know that they have the experience and wow factor to engage the imaginations of young people.
