A great place to work
Outlook's Head Office is spacious and modern with open-plan offices, free car parking and the stunning scenery of Snowdonia National Park. The atmosphere at Outlook is vibrant and energetic and although everyone is very busy, staff take the time to speak to colleagues in other departments face to face. In a recent Staff Survey one of the staff commented that one of the best things about working at Outlook was, ‘my work colleagues are the best I have ever worked with and the atmosphere is fantastic'.
Sociable
Outlook staff are very sociable both in and out of work and in addition to the informal impromptu social events that we partake in there are three major social events throughout the year. Following each company training day we have a social event to follow on. Out motto is, ‘work hard and play hard', and Outlook ‘socials' are legendary!
Reward and remuneration
Outlook offers a highly competitive reward package and benchmarks its pay levels against the external market to ensure that staff are rewarded appropriately. We also encourage and support all staff to deliver high performance and reward this with an additional performance related bonus.

Career progression

We have a highly successful talent management strategy that allows and encourages all staff to fulfil their potential and progress within the company. There are numerous examples of staff who have joined the company in relatively junior positions and are now in team leader/ management positions. We also have a Company Learning Plan which supports the development of both individuals and teams.
Open Communication
Outlook is not a place where people stand on ceremony and everyone is accessible including the CEO who often walks round the offices chatting to all staff. Outlook values people's ideas and opinions and offers a variety of ways in which these can be communicated.
We have a twice yearly Staff Opinion Survey which provides an opportunity for staff to comment on all aspects of working in the company and this is listened to and acted upon. We have a monthly Employee Consultation Meeting with representatives from all departments and this is another opportunity to raise issues and ideas which can further improve the working environment. The CEO also attends the end of these meetings to invite open questions directly to him.
We have three company-wide training/team building events per year; these provide another opportunity where staff are encouraged to communicate openly and honestly and take ownership for continuous improvements.
