What next?
Step 1
Following the assembly presentation at your son / daughters’ school you will have received a Parents Evening Invitation. The parents evening will be delivered by an Outlook representative and it will go into the expedition programme in depth. Parents and participants will have the opportunity to ask as many questions as they can think of.
Step 2
Parents and participants both need to read:
- The Expedition Brochure - download the Expedition Brochure
- Your Joining Instructions – these are bespoke to your school - please contact Oultook for a copy if you have not already got one.
- Your school’s Expedition Brief – this is bespoke to your school - please contact Outlook for a copy if you have not already got one.
- The Medical Screening Factsheet - this details what you need to should your son / daughter have a pre-existing medical condition.
Step 3
Your son / daughter will need to complete the application form ensuring that they sign and date it; you (the parent) must also sign and date the form. A cheque for the deposit amount should be attached to the application form. This can now be sent off. Please see the ‘Joining Instructions’ sheet for details on who to make the deposit payable to and where it needs to be sent.
Please note: section 5 of the application form asks you to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that your son / daughter may have. Remember to read the Medical Screening Factsheet when filling in this section.
Once the deposit and application form have been received your son / daughter’s expedition group will be assigned a dedicated member of our Client Care Team who will guide them through the programme. You will be contacted with an invitation to the first group development day / training day.
Let the adventure begin!
If you have any questions regarding the application process please contact our Expedition Programme Team on 0044 (0)845 9002989.
