Becoming an Outlook leader or instructor means getting involved in delivering new and exciting, and often life-changing, learning opportunities to young people. The personal, social and travel experience possibilities are outstanding (not to mention the financial rewards!). It’s tough and responsible work, but the benefits are fantastic!

All Outlook’s course instructors and expedition leaders are appropriately skilled and highly motivated with extensive practical knowledge and excellent communication skills. They are technically qualified and safety-minded and each one of our dedicated leaders and instructors has passed our rigorous selection process.
