Physical rating
None of our expeditions require an extreme level of fitness, however, participants would benefit from having a moderate level of fitness while taking part in some of our itineraries.
Many of our treks can be devised to suit the overall physical ability of each individual expedition group. However some expeditions, such as summitting Kilimanjaro, well, we can’t make the mountain any smaller than it is!
We rate the physical demands of our expeditions according to the following scale:
Limited level of physical exertion
Moderate level of physical exertion
High level of physical exertion
