UK Programme Leaders

Outlook requires that all current Outlook UK programme leaders and potential leaders attend a Team Leader Training Course.  This 1 day course looks specifically at Outlook’s operating systems, risk assessments and delivery venues.

Any UK programme leaders who have shown aptitude working for Outlook over a period of time may be given the opportunity to attend a Course Director Training Course. This course includes competency assessments and takes a more detailed look at the overall management of an outdoor programme.
