Team building

Team building is at the centre of many of our adventure activities.  Coasteering, tyrolean traversing and improvised rafting all require participants to work as a team to solve problems, co-ordinate tasks and successfully complete the activity. 

Outlook also offers personal development programmes for groups of up to 200 pupils either on site at your school or as part of a residential visit.  During the course of the programme the group will be presented with a wide range of tasks which will have to be solved through teamwork and using initiative.  For more information contact us.
