On location activities
Takes the organisational burden away from schools and can ensure the delivery of safe and high quality personal development programmes on site at your school / choice of location. Outlook can work with groups of up to 200 pupils using an exciting variety of team building, problem solving and initiative tasks to address issues relevant to the participating group.
New and challenging activities provide a powerful learning opportunity for young people. Activities are structured to focus on important skill areas. Our personal development programmes are designed not only to be great fun, but also to help groups and individuals develop and learn the value of the ‘Big 5’ – communication, teamwork, leadership, problem solving, planning and organisational skills.
Personal development programmes can be tailored to meet Key Stage requirements and Scottish educational attainment levels to suit different year groups, or they can be designed to deliver specific outcomes highlighted by the school or youth group.
