Our 24 hour Ops Room is located at our Head Office and run by our permanent staff - on hand to give advice, monitor team progress and ensure rapid action in the case of emergency.

The team always have access to money, the Leader Team carry Caxton cards which we can load funds onto instantly.
Our partnership with Remote Medical Support (RMS) provides our teams and our Ops Room with 24/7 access to a team of medical specialists.
All leaders have the latest multi-functional satellite phones that come with GPS functionality.
We issue teams in remote areas with Personal Locator Beacons to ensure there are always at least two methods for them to communicate with us.
